Emergency!!!!!
I accepted two courier missions for my corp and when i went to get the package the cargo was not there to pick up!!!!!
My corp tab says the are in my deliveries section but when i try to expand the delivery from there, the package shows up, but the window just continuously loads forever. When i expand it in the pick up location station, it says "You have been denied access for the following reason: You can not open items in the delivery bay."
What is going on and what do i do!!???

It seems that the cargo has been filled with hundreds of bookmarks, which, in mass numbers, take ages to load up in your hangar. It seems like someone has attempted to scam you, though if you're patient you can leave your window open for about half an hour and they'll load up. This is a really cheap way to get people's collateral :(

I'd petition that as it could be seen as deliberatly inducing lag.
I have the body of a supermodel. I just can't remember where I left it.

I can't be completely certain for I have never had this happen to me. I'm just remembering all the times I've tried to open my own hangars with 100+ bookmarks in them, it sounds like what you're describing. It could be there are 2 packages with a ton of bookmarks contained in them. Although, again, I can't be certain.

If you accepted them on behalf of your corp check the Deliveries button on the bottom right, all corp purchases etc go in there but it does look like they scammed you with something that refuses to load. Petition it if you are sure everything is correct.

petition as stuck and without going into GM details which arent allowed once it is solved give us a basic its been solved post just to let us know how it goes

I contacted the issuer and the contracts have been delivered, late but delivered.

I'm having an identical problem with a corp delivery for another player. I haven't heard back from him yet. If I don't hear from him soon, I'll file a petition for the item being stuck. Regardless, I will also post back in this thread on how it went.

Yes, that's what we're talking about. We both got a contract with users where when we go to our corp deliveries section and click on the item that's there waiting for us, we get the error message stated at the top of this thread.

I did hear back from the player, but he seemed at a loss, so I filed the following petition. Note that I didn't file as "stuck" since that is for players only, not items.
Subject: Stuck Item in Corp Delivery
Hello,
I am currently attempting a corp courier contract. I am at the pickup location (Hek VIII, Moon 12) and cannot get the item into my ship's cargo.
When I go to corporation -> assets -> deliveries, I see an entry for my location. When I expanded that entry last night and clicked on the item, I got the following error:
"You have been denied access for the following reason: You can not open items in the delivery bay."
When I click on the item now, nothing happens. No error message, the item doesn't highlight, etc.
Can someone please "unstick" this?

There is a "deliveries" button in the bottom right corner of the station panel, hit it. This will open the deliveries hangar and you can move the packages from it to your hold.
If you don't have the rights to view/open the deliveies hangar then you will need to talk to your CEO.

Petition it as stuck. If its 500000 bookmarks then the GM will slap the attempted scammer with something made out of steel. That is a SPLOIT.

Well, I got pod killed on that one. Since I haven't mentioned any names, let me speculate on the kinds of "strategies" that folks may be up against when they run courier missions for other players: attempt to scam, if that doesn't work, have another character or a friend's character wait for the courier on the route in a low sec zone.
I can't be certain that this is what happened to me. I've been through low-sec zones a fair amount and I was never troubled. Maybe my number was up today, but let me break it down for you:
* I signed up for what appeared to be regular courier mission with two systems in 0.4 security, the rest higher
* I couldn't move the package into my cargo hold
* I got a very defensive email from the player saying that he couldn't possibly be doing anything illegal, since it was a contract, when I hadn't even broached the subject of legality (only politely asked for pointers)
* I sent several more emails with no response; I also sent the player a link to this forum thread
* After I made the petition, I stopped getting the illegal errors and I was able to load the item into my cargo hold (this is after having the game run in the background all day, waiting for the package window to stop loading)
* Excited to have a resolution to the problem and the possibility of completing the delivery on-time, I emailed him and let him know I was on my way (yeah, yeah... I know better now)
* As soon as I get into a low-sec system, someone locks onto me, but fortunately I was near the jump gate
* Through the gate, I was locked onto again, too far from the next gate to make it and my ship was destroyed by player X99 Z990 from the corporation OctoberSnow Corp
* They kept blasting my ship, long after I podded out and my auto-pilot sends me through the gate, still on my delivery route
* I cancel and head for home, two systems later, the same player then pod-kills me; they were chased and blasted the whole time by sentries, but they warped away before being destroyed
I'm not saying it can't be a coincidence; however, the time was just good enough and the circumstances extenuating enough that I have to consider possibility of a "joint venture" on the part of OctoberSnow and the one for whom I was delivering.
If the scammers don't get you one way, they have lots of other options. A player with a good rep/good corp can very easily be a front that lures innocents into situations that will cause a forfeit.
As for me, I'm now done with player courier missions, unless I have a long-standing and trusting relationship established with the other player/corp. I'm also out 1.5M ISK and a Mammoth. That was a painful lesson to learn.
