Fear: You'll make then too scared to go against you, and your enemies will not directly attack you (police, army). Respect: Without compulsion, people will work for you (armed forces, ignoring drafts, are voluntary) Security: If you provide this, the basic knowledge that their will be 3 meals, shelter, clothes, and at least some security from being hurt, they will act kind to their peers without need. This is basic human nature, once your own needs are satisfied, you will be more willing to help others satisfy theirs. What do you all think that you need to rule the world? Traits, aspects, not simple things such as brains or well trained troops.

I've seen a lot of evil supercomputers, but never a SHODAN. And SHODAN is not better than CUSP. CUSP is the only computer that beat humanity and stopped a temporal collapse while showing very little of its powers and quite possibly building its own world somewhere no one noticed.

An infinity engine is a machine made of tachyons pushed using a time warp to infite speed, containing infinite energy by sucking up most of the universe into a new big bang, and using another time warp gathers data about the outside world at an infinite rate. It also uses qunatum mechanics and all the particles are jointertwined, allowing an infinite number of states to be calculated at an infinite rate all contained in a vaccum, infinitely strong magnetic field, and dark energy field. There are many failsafes in her to ensure it works properly. The intersting thing about infinity is that anything of infinite size can represent an infinity larger than itself. It would instantly calculate all states, find out the only one that can occur, and test the world's reactions for all of it's actions to find the right one. Then it could answer anymore questions with an absolute 0% probability of failure. The world, the universe, anything else that exists, this device will control it all.
