Generally you want an ammoless high capacity dps machine with modest tank. The primary is likely an Ishtar. But anyone who could fly one would know that, so I recommended the easier variant. Overkill is less important than planning and research to find a good spot in which to do it.

In plexes there I used Vexor navy issue with passive shield tank and navy heavy combat drones to murder rats. worked well. use speed tanking and nothing will break your shields.
