So I finally got a hauler and anchoring skill, ready to plop a lockbox in a belt to do a little mining. But 5000m rule makes it almost impossible to find a spot within 12K of a roid due to my forefathers littering up the joint! So do I just need to find another spot or can I clean up a little junk with some missils if you know what I mean. Not much into vandalism, but how many of these cans are still in use?
So the question is, are secure containers indestructable? I'm sure I'd get an aggro timer but I'm prepared for that...

Unless you happen to be at war with whomever owns the cans, concord will pay you a visit if you attempt to damage them.
Ideally CCP should initiate a clean up of cans that havent been used in x days. - - - PIs and Forensic Accountants: adding risk vs reward for scams and thievery |

Edited by: Scilent Enigma on 04/02/2007 00:47:39 When anchoring a can in a very litterd belt I have found turing all the roids aswell as the cans on in your overview then using the tactical overlay, to be near ideal for finding good spots.
EDIT Cans have a sick ammount of HPs, you would need a BS fleet to pop one before your firendly neighbourhood Concord comes and taps you on the shoulder.

They should have cans turn into mineable 'roids after DT, they would contain the minerals the container can be recycled for.
Material / Mineral Tritanium/9.983 Pyerite/2.430 Mexallon/70 Nocxium/9 Zydrine/4 Megacyte/12
For a GSC.

To be brutally honest here, mining into a GSC is really a waste. While you are in a frig, or even a cruiser, it may work, but once you start to mine for real you are going to find that you will fill that 3900 m/3 in a matter of minutes. -=^=-

A better suggestion for this. If a can has not been used in 90 days (give people a little time here ;) ), after the 90'th downtime with no activity, the can turns into a wreck that can be salvaged, or gets a salvage flag or something akin to that. -=^=-

Days? Try years in many cases.
