For those who cannot afford the Storm or Corvus, here are two ships which will do the job just as well for a small fraction of the price. These ships can solo any Lvl4 Mission. Personally, I find the the Machariel much more fun for solo mission running, while the Raven makes a great wing man for a Cerberus or a Nighthawk which it can support with a remote shield emitter and logistic drones while massively adding to DOT.
1. Faction Fitted Caldari Navy Raven
Starting Bid: 1Bn ISK

2. Faction Fitted Machariel
Starting Bid: 1Bn ISK
Reserve: Hidden
