A few more pilots in the fleet battles already going on won't mean much. If BE run as usual, just under a new banner, it won't matter too much. BE gains some stations to dock in, thats all. As for their tactics, the basics hardly need much instruction. The particulars only come with experience, which can't be taught. This doesn't mean as much as most think. What goons need is "alternative skills" and training. With BE in their gangs they'll get prolly one of the most destructive "underground" tactics/warfare. If 10 BE made you logoff while npcwhoing, I can't wait what 100 of them will do.

I enjoy fighting goons, when we get into a fight with them they ususally dont bail but fight to the end. And guess what? Plenty of EW to go around. Last time i lost a BS to them during a fleet engagement i couldnt get a lock for over 2 min due to ecm and damps.
