People, you can implement all the taxes you want on the noob corps. It won't work. There will always be a way around it.
If I quit my corp and go to a noob corp with taxes, what are you going to tax? mission rewards? I don't run missions. Bounties? I don't rat. Just exactly what are you going to tax? Or perhaps you wanna tax trading?
And what's the idea, 0.0 corp paying less taxes? OK I will just keep one character in a 0.0 corp and use that guy for trading. Face it, there's no way you gonna tax my arse.

LOL... I know, I had my own corp some months now. I just kinda feel like I wanna speak in favor of the noobs. Not having the anoying corp channel with 500 noobs in it is priceless, player corps FTW!. But still, I don't think a tax on the noob corps is gonna work. |

Tax should work differently
* each month a tax percentage is taken from your wallet.
* every income you get is taxed, be it bounty, market, money transfer, contract, ...
* each transaction you make is taxed (market, trade in station, contracts)
* each month, what you have in your hangar/cargo/container/ship is taxed against a fixed value for each module (let it be mineral base for easiness)
THAT's tax as I know it 
Offcourse, tax percentage should be reduced or you'd be given 60 percent of what you earn to taxes and that's not realistic.... or is it?

Of course you can also wait till Factional warfare comes about and you'll find that if you're in a Gallente NPC corp that you won't be allowed to dock on a caldari station, or even flying into Caldari space gets you shot. THEN thats when NPC corps become a problem.
