I cannot extend my account and thats probably the worst thing thats happening tonight.
I finally got home from work, some girl ate half my dinner, my feet are cold and WTF you guys screwed up so bad, I cannot use my account anymore!! (Not this character, ofcourse).
FIX THIS ****!!!

There we go, CCP wont announce payment problems and deleting my petition. Here is the reply from there friendly payment delivery:
PayByCash has received your payment for EVE Online. PayByCash has attempted to communicate this payment to EVE Online, but that service did not acknowledge your payment. We will retry delivery of your payment to EVE Online later. We are sorry for the delay and will work with the merchant to discover and correct the problem they're having.
FIX IT!!

PayByCash has received your payment for EVE Online. PayByCash has attempted to communicate this payment to EVE Online, but that service did not acknowledge your payment. We will retry delivery of your payment to EVE Online later. We are sorry for the delay and will work with the merchant to discover and correct the problem they're having.

complaining doesnt fix it faster, im sure theyre already aware of the situation and fixing it as fast as they humanly can..

when i used pay by cash it could take up to a few days before it went throught.. so i always put on a long skill for that :)

Yep its frustratingly infuriating, but their ar otherways of payingfor your account, Personaly I get GTC's from shattered crystal. they are cheep enough cheeper than what your currently using and delivered with in a very short space of time. They take pay pal and seeing as your current payment method is along the same lines you cant really go wrong.

<sarcasm> yaaa, complaining never gets anything fixed, allllll the problems in the world are fixed because everyone knows the problems exist...complaining is not effective in conveying that there is a problem, yep, complaining is a waste of time....</sarcasm>
complain until you get an answer (email the dev's), or they will just let it fade away into history, swept under the rug, like so many other issues that could embarrass a company until the public and media get wind of it...then they are all over it to see it is fixed (generic behavior for any company, not just poking at CCP)

No not really. After one year of paying EvE with my CC one day it wasnt good for CCP anymore. Made petition, got answer "try other payment methods", replied asking any reason why my CC wasnt good anymore and again got reply "try other payment methods".

We were unable to acknowledge payments from PayByCash from 15:15 to 21:46 today. Your payment should have been registered after that (by now).

What about us who cant activate with credit cards?,
Any ETA as to when we can use our accounts?
A response would be appriciated as im a paying customer with 3 other accounts & unable to use my main account.

Planning to fix problems with Nordea Visa Electron at some date? Your GMs at least don't seem to be interested at all about issues regarding payment trouble from Scandinavias biggest bank. |

You know, with the thousands of problems with eve, and the slow responce CCP has to any of them, you would think fixing any problem having to due with CCP not getting paid, would be number 1 in que (to jump) but then again welcome to EvE

Coming from someone who works in customer services, no....that is just so wrong its funny. Complaining and complaining gets you a 'blah blah blah' hand motion. We do things as quick as we can, unfortunately like most business sections there is a process to follow and you don't get an answer until we have all of the information necessary to give you said answer, I mean you wouldn't want us to come back with some half-assed answer because you are moaning at us and not giving us a chance to do the job would you?
Seriously, things take time. Give them time. And yes time can mean more than 5 minutes since you last asked.

Actually coming from som1 who also works in customer service u cant be any more wrong.
The first rule of customer service is to take care of your customers every need.
CCP are not doing this at all, firstly they aint even told us whats wrong and given us an estimated timescale for it to be fixed.
