Its description makes it even more intriguing... Screens: 1 2 Censored parts of the images to keep discussion on topic.

Madam Dinahkarr Amarr Imperial Academy	Posted - 2007.02.07 16:03:00 - [12] On the topic of the signs -- the only possible thing I can think of, if CCP hadn't installed it as a joke, would be that it was a bookmark for CCPs devs. You know, such as, "Hey let's put a random sign right here because we have to get the next update out the door, and we can use this as a reference for when we go to put something there!" That is, at least, my hypothetical thought.
