Hello EVE community! So I have this dilemma, I can't find GTC's in my area and I currently do not own a credit card. I've noticed that the current going rate for GTC's is around 100mil ISK for 90 days. (correct me if I'm wrong) Anyway, is there a way for a noob to make that money on a trial to buy a card, or would a corp trust a noob to perform services to get paid and get a card?
Now I know you cannot xfer money to a trial account, I think, but someone could purchase the card, and email the code...bah anyway...help!

Also remember that the trial needs to be converted to a full account. When you activate the account to a full it will take off about 20 days or so on a 30 day card to cover that initial fee.
Also - I'd like to know where you are seeing 90 day cards for 100 mil I thought the going rate for those was around 300+.

do you know you can buy prepaid credit cards that work online just like a regular card?
I don't know where you are from so I don't know if the banks where you are have those for sale

I can get those prepaids, I'm just being lazy and though it would be cool to play EVE and support the addiction through ISK . I'm sure it's possible, just looking for ideas...

Not just at banks, either.
Prepaid Visa, MasterCards & AMEX (as well as gift cards for several large retailers) can also be found at pretty much any large supermarket chain, K-mart, Target & other similar places. In SoCal, at any rate.

Prepaids probably where I'll go. But is it out of the realm of possibility to rake in 100+mil in 14 days?

I'm pretty sure Electronics or the Customer Service counter would have them

Most major outlets have prepaid cards. Usually by the cash registers with the gift cards. And no, there's no chance that a trial account can raise 100M isk in less than 14 days. Atleast not solo.

No it's not, it would be an impressive achievement though, let us know if you manage it.

I managed to raise almost 200mil in 14 days through salvaging mostly lvl1 mission. Though it was when salvaging was relativly new and prices sky-high. So no, it's not entirly impossible.
And I didn't use that money to buy GTCs, nor should you. It's lousy pay/h.

if you live in the united states you also have another option, western union offers prepaid cards like a regular bank. you simply sign up for one and make a cash deposit to your card account at any western union. there are other cards such as the ones h&r block use fr the newest rapid refund options that allow you to sign up to have your regular paycheck direct deposited on the card.

It is totally possible, actually. Everyone who states otherwise probably still does not understand how different the beginning is post-Kali with those 800k+ skills you get.
Me and my friend have both made 150k in about 13 days while playing an average of 3-4 hours a day. And we were playing separately, not in a team of two.
The general idea is: get a spec ops military character -> do some missions -> train salvaging -> rat in lowsecs, train cruisers -> hop into a cruiser by day 3 and continue ratting in somwhere around 0.3-0.2 sec for the remaining 10 days.
Not to mention that if you are lucky enough you can get something like Low Grade Slave Gamma (my friend actually did :) ). And that's your 150mil right there.
But the problem remains. Although you can make this money, you can't spend it on GTC: trials don't have the Give Money option. So that account of mine is currently blocked while I'm looking for a way to pay subscription, and I'm posting here from another trial.

Here's a tip: even though you can't trade money on a trial, you *can* trade goods. Hence, ask a GTC seller if he's be willing to accept 130mil worth of megacyte or something. If you explain your situation, he might agree.
