It's like when a Twitch streamer plays what ever game they are playing and other players demand that the streamer respect their wishes to not be recorded or broadcasted without their expressed permission, like they are trying to use some kind of self-apointed NDA ruling or something. Half of the people that do that are obviously just toying around. Sadly, though, the other half actually believe they have a real case there, which they don't.
