He's a good CEO and has a nice plan for his corp. (at least he did when I was there). I only left because Signal Cartel is better for exploration which is what I'm in to. Anyway... he's a good guy and if he's part of this alliance I'm sure it will do well. Good luck Hohenheim (and others)!

The alliance had a slow start, in my opinion. I feel that's partly because of how EVE has designed alliance management and partly because the corps involved had to figure out what they wanted to do. Thankfully I'm not a CEO so I don't have to worry about any of that. Long story short, they found their way and are working well together now. We do the usual things that indy corps do like mining and building, but as the post from Hohenheim said, we also run missions together. We ran some SoE Epic Arcs when we first got started and have also run a few of the Guristas sites (also mentioned) and the Serpentis sites back when they were a thing. I'd also say that M3i has a long way to go to be a true functioning HS alliance. But these guys are hard workers and they do a good job at listening to their members. As a member, not a CEO, I can appreciate that. It's also nice to feel like when I offer suggestions I'm heard.

Izumi is right we were sort of "finding our way" at the beginning but I feel like we've come to a good place internally. The alliance has a solid business plan that clearly defines our short / mid and long term goals, our leadership structure, and our political "identity". With the coming citadel release we are all very excited to see what 2016 brings! Bump! If you are interested in joining our alliance and want to grow your corp., we can help you with recruitment. I routinely reach out to corps. and individual pilots on behalf of the alliance member corps. Typically what I do is just send an email explaining what we do and directing the potential members to the corps that are hiring. I can do the same for your corp. if you want (if/when you decide to join). I was impressed by the way he responded to the points I raised, one by one, and by the fact that he was eager to go to great lengths to provide information I asked for, staying true to what HenCo could objectively provide for my gameplay. The only reason I did not join HenCo was that in matters of size and range of activities I wanted to participate in, it offered admittedly less that I targeted for - and Hohenheim was pretty much straightforward about this. For any player, however, that's seeking a nice, friendly and long-term ambitious industrial corporation to join, I think few groups out there offer the type of leadership and openness Hohenheim and his band possess!
