All capital ships can go to systems rated 0.0 to 0.4. That includes motherships and even titans.

but you can't drop a bubble in empire because it threatans the security of the NPC empires to much.

Because you can't use bubbles to lock these things down in low sec then Motherships and Titans should be 0.0 only.
I agree with bubbles not being allowed in low sec. If nothing else it will help to populate it a little bit more.

I agree with bubbles not being allowed in low sec. If nothing else it will help to populate it a little bit more.
I don't think the mother ship or the titan are affected by bubbles

As I recal, they are affected by Interdiction Spheres, problem is that you need a few competent Dictor pilots because Smartbomb blasts will kill the spheres.
I think they should allow Interdiction Spheres anywhere that is over 500km from a station or gate.

And less of a reason for people to go to low sec...
IMO they need to make lowsec more lucrative. Give people a real reason to go there. (This is coming from an ex-pirate)
