A freighter has 0 slots, 1 CPU, and 1 PG, what exactly is there to set up?

Easy:
Highs
Nothing
Mids
2 x Faction Nothing
Lows
1 x Nothing II
2 x Best named Nothing
This should leave you with 1 CPU to spare, hence the named Nothings in lows rather than T2.

I think you want to talk about the economics of using a freighter, what you should set up to buy/sell. That would be market discussion.

BTW, this is the ships/modules forum. A freighter has no fitting slots, and as such has no setup, what did you expect asking for a setup on a freighter?
