I thought Venal was supposed to be open when it was not wartime. Might be mistaken as it has been a while since I last checked their policy. Or maybe you are still considering yourself at war with the Forsaken Empire?

Last night, Kaleb was given a pass into Venal and its northern regions by a member of the NVA. However, the person who issued this pass was not an official NVA representative. Kaleb was contacted, notified that his pass was invalid, and he then graciously left. (BTW, nice talking to you, Kaleb.)
I would like to take this chance to remind everyone (including NVA members) that the NVA is currently at condition "RED" due to the current state of war. Condition "RED" in our charter is defined as: Quote:
Condition RED: Wartime status. War has been declared by or on the NVA. All non NVA travel to the H-PA29 system is denied, the free pass system is suspended indefinitely.
The only exceptions to this rule are special circumstances concerning our military allies.

Yes I know noone cares about our alliance, and i know that we got owned by a handful of pirates. I also know that we screamed "exploit" for days. And I even know that we made our only weapon, our PR person, resign, to make the pirates leave. But we still need the bistot here for new battleships so we can loose them again, so noone else is allowed in.
