Stravos and several other mo0o were doing what they do best and causing an uproar in Gehi last night. Vegeta confirmed this as I was in passing in local. I thought the CFS kept its space free of things like that.

I'll check it out next time. It would be nice to have an official response to this.
(Even if m0o has left the CA, I can still imagine them working together and sharing a home)

M0o are just doing pirate **** in CFS just like CA did.
But yesterday they only got 1 single ship in the 6 hours I was there and them hiding in midspace as usual! ;)

They havent reverted back to being Pirates at all.
They're just comming out of the closet with it, And my opinion of that is that I have more respect for them than I do the pirates who still claim they arent pirates.
Seems odd though doesnt it, when life in Curse gets rather dull and boring they bugger off into greener pastures.
Makes me wonder when Shinra, Red Corsairs and Sinister will join them, perhaps they could take their pet Oracle with them, and then Curse can be truely Free of piracy.

Finally, Pirates who fight not run!!
It's so refreshing to have a fight then a run/hide/log coward.
M0o are very competant combat pilots, and although i wish they were not in CFS space, the combat that has been and is likley to be will be exciting. Even if some of the (amited) tactics used are dubios to say the least.
Pls refrain from smak talk, give all parties due respect, both CFS and M0o.

30 ship kills in 24 hours isn't all that hard with a camp targeting any poor sucker flying by whose not at war or realizing he has entered a war zone. I assure you any PVP corp in that game could pull off those numbers if we were willing to pirate in a non-warzone.

Look at their membership and where most of them where a few weeks ago. 90% CA members.
M00 joins CA... says they are not pirates anymore. CA helps some of the returning M0O guys get back up to speed, arms them with battleships. CA members join M00. M0O starts pirating again, M0O claims to not be in the CA anymore. How utterly (no pun intended) convenient.
In the mean time, back in Curse you can hardly find any CA guys and when you do they get owned by CC and allies. The CAÆs answer, move to M0O and attack the CFS, they are an easier fight than the CC/SA/and allies (sorry CFS no offense intended). The CA is a bunch of cowardly pirates, always have been, always will be. Period, end of story.

m0o does not bother with politics, were here to have fun doing what we want when we want it. Even though we were CA (wich were not) it doesnt really matter, when it comes down to it its only a game.

Thanks, thats what I was looking for.
However, I definitely must agree with Scragg, this setup was much to convienent for them, m0o was basically a done corporation (m0o who?) and since they joined the CA they got some quick battle experience with the new game mechanicsn and outfitted.
When I see the CA actively hunt the CA and help defend the CFS, then I will be sure they wont be harboring any good will to the pirates.

And yes they werent very experienced but the fact is there were only 6 of us in local until stavros and sassinak bolstered our forces to a mighty 8. AT that time there were over 35 people in local and so we were heavily outnumbered.

Yeah it's really easy to brag about how l337 you are when you use the warp/stop warp exploit to keep yourselves from being targeted and to cause any torps/missles tracking you to lose their target.
I'm not going to refute the fact that you guys are really good PvPers. The sad thing is you have to use a known exploit to win your battles. We both know you were using it; we have logs and screenshots proving it. I know you will say "Hey CCP made it that way so it's perfectly ok to use". If you think that then fine, but don't sit here spewing crap about how pwned we were. Anyone could have gone against you guys and due to your new found stop warp tactic they wouldn't have been able to target you guys either.
I also wanted to comment on your account of 30+ ships being destroyed in A2. /sarcasm You know it's really hard for 6-8 pirate BS's heavily modded to take out a cruiser or an Indy. Want a cookie? /sarcasm off Sure you killed a few BS's, but most of what you got were innocent miners. Start playing the game as an honorable opponent then we'll talk about being pwned.

But Lord Zap was talking about the 30+ pod kills in A2. Very few of the force you speak of died. While true that you didn't start this thread your corp sure as hell added your own pwned crap spin into it.
Another thing to think about is just because 25 people are in local doesn't mean they are all hunting you down. Quite a few civilians were waiting at safe spots hoping you would go off yourselves or leave so they could get back to station.  |

If I might offer some advice. Turn your GANG INVITE block on to EVERYONE as the latest rumors have it that you can still WARP TO even if the receiver clicks NO. Also some people click YES in the heat of the moment without knowing it and then you have someone crawling down your chimney and it ain't Santa.

As for the civilians, as far as we are concerned EVERYONE was hostile, we assumed EVERYONE was in gang to hunt us, sorry our crystal balls are cloudy. but if you are not m0o or not any corp we are friendly with you are assumed hostile and assumed open season

Cause I mean. Back in the days I feared and hated you as much as the next guy. Now. 7 months in to the game I'm tilting more towards respecting PvP skills but killing 30 ships in 24 hours must be pretty damn close to impossible. Unless youre camping some gate where n00bs fly around. I will not pass judgement on that either, if that's what you do. Like many of us oldtimers. my respect for m0o has just gone up ever since release. They were the first corp to have a serious impact on the game. You both suck asnd rule

we just quoting what the map says, we killed 8-10 bs, about 3 indies, rest were cruisers (blackbirds) from the time i was there anyway

/emote pulls numbers out of a hat, today a fleet of CFS Titans Destroyed the entire m0o fleet, that is the real reason the map showed 31 ship kills and clearly it was all our ships and only 9 of yours

To those that weren't there:
--The majority of the battle was fought with a good 80-100km gap between parties.
--Everyone warped in and out to recharge shields/cap, break locks, avoid missiles.
--M0o were outnumbered, but many CFS'ers came to the fight as missile boats
--Vegeta was apparently the only one smart enough to bring a warp jammer
The map did say ship kills were rather high. Some where from before the battle, some were because I killed a few 0.0 sec. newbie corp people thinking they were spies, some were M0o kills and CFS kills.
I don't think either side won, CFS maintained a large presence in A2 throughout the day and were able to fend of M0o/CoW's attack on the JIP but were unable to cause much ship lose.
--A well reasoned post, so naturally you will all flame it to death.

I find it amazing how much forum talk there is on so little to talk about. After a combined 21 hours of "awaiting" some combat. . . .I was left with cheap moo smack talk in game, and tons of forum non-sense. For once. . .dont sing. . .just bring it.

I wasnt looking to start some name calling. I was just stating and asking a legitimate question. It would seem my simple question has sparked a wonderful debate. Kinda like monkeys at the zoo flinging fecies back and forth. Such a wonderful response warms my heart, keep your fights to threads about your fights. This was and is an open and honest question to the CFS and, I would hope that the CFS if they need help with situations like this would put out a call to people enjoyig thier space to aid in the fights to keep it free and clear of pirates.

No actually m0o wasn't in the evol fights, least not alot of them were that I can recall. They left before evol came in.... Convenient timing....... To fight CFS???

Ah sorry about the response, I just wanted to pick a fight. What sucks is the only way to get a good fight is to be a pirate. So im trying to **** them off bad enough that they chase me. They arent very smart so it should work right
Im thinking that stations might make this a little closer to a game i might decide to play, but i doubt it. So until my sub ends... M0o bring it, CA bring it, SI, bring it. It would mean more to me as a constant fight in this game then sitting around looking at roids
