ok when mining ice, sometimes my lasers will cycle and nothing goes into cargo. once this happens the lasers will continue to cycle with no output.
however if i stop the lasers, all the ice from every cycle will then be stuffed into the cargo all at once... trouble is i can only hold 8 cubes so i am losing a lot of ice. this is happening on 2 of 3 accounts and is really starting to get old.

Many have it, with pretty much any kind of mining equipment. Strippers, simple lasers, ice, gas, ore. Just letting you know, you're not alone ;) |

This is not an old bug, this is really brand new. It isn't just mining, it's all cargo not populating after you move it. Once your pilot is bugged, the only way to fix it is to log. |

lol.. this is not new by far
I have written several petitions on the issue for at least 4 years now.
basically, when a cycle completes the ice does not show up in your hold but it is there.
It shows up when you turn off the laser.
My work around.. if i am not really paying attention at time of completion... you cylce off one laser... empty the hold and then cycle the other off and as long as you did not miss more then 3 cycles, you will get all the ice.
If you missed more then that, well then you will lose the ice as it will not fit in the hold.
Each petition answer was "working as intended" which is crap.
When it first started years ago, if you were in a Mack, at least when the cycle completed, you got two ice instead of the 4 and you had a visual note that something was a miss. Now, you do not get anything at all. |

Yes it is correct the bug historically has been with ice, but it never affected hulk and ore mining until this last big patch and as someone who has chewed on a crap ton of rock in his day, that is totally freakin new.
But more to the point this bug no occurs with anything being moved. how has anyone else not noticied that when you move something the update on the icons in the UI bugs out? |
