I get the game to start but once i actually wanna start playing it crashes and pops DirectX error or something like that. (can provide exact error, not on PC with SS2 atm)

i've had this game running before but my pc is older thans urs and runs xp pro will look at it once i get home.

there's a switch your supposed to add to the shortcut to make it work properly mate.
I had to do a few things to get mine to work properly.
Here's a shortcut to a forum with almost every reason and solution to why it's not working.
