Since a few days i got various reports that makes me feel a bit unease.
Obviously, Caldari traveller are getting annoyed during their trips through the Federation empire space. Everyone here knows that space travel is always a risky business, but who would expect a flotilla of the Federation Navy to stop caldari ships at jump gate and ask for a toll ?
My concern raised as yesterday i witnessed one of those accidents.
Some fellow Caldari were heading back from a formal mourning at the Caldari Prime Monument, when at a nearby system things gone wrong. The gate denied our jump request. Then our threat computers screamed detecting several locks from the nearby Federation Navy ships and turrets.
"Caldari ! Pay the toll or we open fire ! We have autority to change your security status so obey now !" their major shouted at the intercom.
Here i would salute Captain Tillek heroic deed, who sacrified his ship to let the float move out of range of the dreaded gate turrets. But the Federation Navy ships, encouraged by the destruction of our hero cruiser, followed us leaving the protection of the turrets and opening fire at our ships.
So we fought, and won.
For our own safery, we leaved the place as soon as possible and headed to our respective headquarters. And as my autopilot was set up, my mind was flooded by questions.
How officially is supported this 'corruption' by the Federation government ?
Well, if no effort is made from their side to refund the lost cruiser we will have our answer.
Do we Caldari should consider transporting assets through Federation space ?
I would said yes, but considering it as a hostile territory, so with armed escorts.
How will such 'accidents' impacts on the Caldari State-Federation relationship ?
I would like to see an agreement being set up, with official excuses and refunds from the Federation, but even with that, if the 'accidents' continue to occur, all i'm able to foresee is only a tensier relationship.

Actually,
Cruisers from certain loyal Caldari intercepted arms shipments destined for somewhere in the Minmitar replublic. These are shipments were disguised as quafe transports. It just so happened that we stumbled upon them after a tour of the Caldari homeworld.
I dont expect thanks from an Amarr for intercepting the weapons which otherwise would be used to make war on your empire, I only ask for your vigilence in dealing with the traitorous, backstabbing Gallente.

The foolish Gallente have no respect for interstellar law or for personal discipline. Their "Navy" is infested with corrupt officers, masquerading as "pilots" while in fact they are only murderers and robbers, blinded by greed and lust.
The noble Caldari people have always respected interstellar law, and Gallente citizens have travelled in our space under the protection of our Navy.
Yet it seems the Gallente Navy, like all factions of the Gallente Federation, has no respect for anything but dirty money and trechery. The two things that keep the inefficent, broken Gallente system alive.
So from now on, me and my men will consider Gallente Navy units hostile, and we will activly assault them to prevent further attacks on the law abiding Caldari citizens of the State. All other Gallente pilots that cross our path will be considered targets too, unless they supply a good reason.
We will continue our campaign against the Federation and their un-lawful occupation/invasion of Caldari Prime until our homeworld is free of Gallente Shackles.

Ladies and Gentleman,
As some of you know for conversations before, A Caldari intelligence directorate from one of the corporations has been investigating certain Gallente corporations for quite some time. It has been discovered that the Quafe Corporation may be more than just a soft drink manufacturer. After a series of scans of Quafe convoys located in Minmitar space, it became painfully aware that they are peddling more than their disgusting drink.
The following is a series of records of Quafe convoys that were intercepted by a Caladari pilot in the Heimatar region, near the constellations of Alakgur and Dammalin.
Exhibits are listed in Alpha-numeric order:
A-1 Alakgur system, notice the warp scramblers cleverly hid in among the stacks of Quafe. (for security reasons communications had to be removed)
B-1 Dammalin system, Again warp scramblers, but this time they are not even disguised
B-2 Dammalin system, Quafe is delivering a lot of warp scramblers, are these needed in soft drink manufacturing? These were being delivered under they eyes of Concord!
B-3 Dammalin system, this one speaks for itself.
Stated simply Quafe is supporting the Minmitar resistance movement with arms and munitions. Questions need to be asked?
Does the Federation know of the involvement of its corporations, or this contained to the Quafe Corporation?
Upon gathering of further intelligence, and recent public polls it seems the majority of Gallente people favor a defeat over the Amarr Empire. This brings us to the logical conclusion that the Federation Government through the will of its people is helping the Minmitar people and their rebellion.
How does this affect the Caldari State?
It has long been suspected that Quafe was actually a front for a Federation Intelligence Service. Offering an addictive drink allowed them access into the deepest portions of all races worlds. Before we believed Quafe has been limited to gathering intelligence, collection if you will. Now it seems times have changed and Quafe is taking a more overt role in influencing politics. The sicknesses attested to drinking Quafe among youths, could be a way the federation is trying to eventually expand its empire and limit its competitors and helping their puppets the Minmitar. It is interesting to note that the only products that contain the toxic substance are marked ôFor export onlyö and are delivered to the Caldari and Amarr regions. It is a long standing belief among some Caldari that the accusations over ôProtein Delicaciesö were actually false. They were a pre-emptive move made to discredit the Caldari state if they ever were to make the same accusations about the drink Quafe. It is amazing sometimes how devious and effective Gallente propaganda can be.
What can you the loyal Caldari do?
BE SMART Do not drink Quafe, donÆt let your children, friends or pets touch the stuff. For your own health. Try a refreshing Starsi.
BE HEARD Petition the directors of your corporation to have Quafe ôintelligence collectionö stations removed from State territory.
BE VIGILANT Watch Gallente ôtravelersö in your area. Several have been known to have joined radical minmitar organizations. Any suspicious activity should be immediately reported to the State Navy and this office.
BE CALDARI

The proof provided by my Caldari brother is un-deniable. Quafe convoys carry weapons, hidden among their poison.
Quafe is a para-military intelligence network that has deep ties with the Gallente government. It has risen in priority among our targets.
Long live the Caldari State!

Reports intercepted from a Quafe convoy,and studied by a contact at the state war academy in Kisogo, strongly indicate a long term and highly developed network supplying inteligence and war material to Minmatar terrorists. These documents also suggest a link between Quafe and the Guristas pirates that plague the fringes of the Caldari state. It is my belief that it was to stop this information reaching other loyal Caldari and Amarr citizens that the Gallente navy opened fire on us.

It is your caldari navy that is corrupt, while my corp is a branch of the Fed Navy, we often go on agent missions for the Fed Navy through caldari space where your Navy attaked us. Now I respond by blocading navy stations and killing all convoys, i've bagged countless 3'rd rank captain and vice admirals, 2 police commissoners in scorps and 2 vice commisioners in moa in my Dominix. I'm up for another war, let the Gallente finish what the Caldari started!

This is an outrage. As soon as I've gotten rid of these pesky Guristas terrorists haunting me in the Venal region, I will move to Luminaire to destroy any Quafe ship getting registered by my sensors.

I would like to point out that the Chief Executive Panel has not yet authorized any action against Quafe convoys.
A high-up informant in the Ishukone corporation (and a dear friend of mine) even tells me that this sort of vigilante action might hurt the trade of our glorious state.
Those weren't my words though. I only hope you guys know what you're doing.

Doesn't anybody notice the ads, anymore? Quafe is running a new ad campaign: "Quafe - lock down your thirst". If you get a bottle of Quafe that says "You're a winner!" on the bottom of the cap, you win a free warp scrambler.
I've heard a rumor of someone winning a concord battleship, but I think it's just an urban legend...

After going through tons of Quafe cases that happened to get in my cargo hold, I can attest that this is false. I didnt even win a warp scrambler let alone a Concorde battleship.
I currently sitting in my chair with bottles and caps littered everywhere. Quafe is a sticky substance and hard to get out of wiring panels, I have therefore decided to drink my stocks saving my ship the torture.
Damn you Gallente and you chances to win free stuff.  If after 20 more cases I dont win anything I may start to believe this is a hoax.
Oh my stomache hurts.......................

Again a girl used to Gallente men and their habits. Not all men, especially Caldari men, have the same traits of the men of your empire. If you ask politely and offer good compensation Im sure a nice Caldari man will be willing to entertain you, maybe even an Amarr if you dont suit us. If your interested look us up, of course as a good gesture bring the names and locations of the Federation convoys and leaders.

Well I have to admit my ignorance here, Im sure sure are a much better judge of phallic size than me. But that is expected form Gallente women, and from what I hear your are an expert among your own race.

hmm i find that the caldari fox(girl)
is far cleaner then any gallant female also the caldari fox more prone to be loyal and respectfull.
as for caldari men that work for us i do find them much cleaner than most gallant males.
on a side note standard health enspections that
every amarr employer has to conduct on the willing, or the unwilling employee's{minmatar}we find
that the brain size and member size of caldari are far superior than bolth gallant and minmatar.
