I live in the uk and there no option in the direct debt section for uk users. I dont have a credit card and dont wanna wait for cash deilvery lol. Is there another site for uk users or is there a work around this problem?

Paybycash offers dozens of payment options (which exactly depends on where you live).

when i try pay by cash i just get:
Your account has been successfully reserved!
Your Account will get activated as soon as CCP receives order information from PayByCashÖ.
and thats it no options to change anything.

You might be able to find Game Time Cards in computer game stores, but it might take a bit of effort to find.
I'm in Australia so I can't really give any more details on how to find them.

I'm having the same issue when attempting to extend my trial. Pay By Cash method seems broken. |

I also live in the UK and pay by debit card but I wish they would except paypal or something like that.
At present I only pay one month at a time as Im still not sure I can get into this game but as soon as I have worked it all out and get into it a bit more I will pay a yearly subscription and save money

don't forget prepaid credit cards
you can buy them with cash at some banks and department stores

There have been subscription issues lately, but no news for a couple of days now - that is why it is not working. You could try buying a GTC from shatteredcrystal.com, but your account data gets saved even after you account gets deactivated, not sure for how long though. Ingame, GTCs go for around 150million for 1 x 30 day.

At the moment CCP has quoted that account characters are saved for - at least - 6 months in time. To this day, no characters has been yet deleted by CCP (for account payment run-outs).
If you are scared that you will lose some training time due to not being able to change into full account (or get the subscription payment to CCP), put in a *LONG* skill.
Skill (the single one currently under training) is trained even when you are not paying the subscription - but only the one. After it is fully trained, no new skill will be trained, until you continue your subscription (manage to pay it).
So, in summarised: hit long skill, and wait 1-2 more work days - I think CCP will fix it ASAP, but now it is sunday.
