14 Level 5 skills including: Amarr Frigate, Amarr Cruiser, Navigation, Small Energy Turrets, and Spaceship Command (among others, obviously)
Level 4 Battleships, Covert Ops
Lower SP than many of the chars being sold here but the SPs aren't wasted on this character. If you want to fly battleships or battlecruisers and shoot big guns for a fraction of the price, this is the guy for you. And if you are interested in going for advanced cruisers and frigates, you are really close to that as well.
I looked back a few pages for a general idea of the pricing, and I'm going to chop the price down to 1b for a buyout. There is no minimum bid or maximum bid. The first one to put 1b on the table wins.
And as I always say, you have no choice but to get it on.
