I'm new to Eve, still in my trial version, but planning on buying an account here in the next couple of days. Anyways, there seems to be so many acronyms and abbreviations used by Eve players. POS and HCA and T1 and T2 and so much more, Argh! Whats all this mean?! I found out POS is player owned station, but theres so many more!
So! Is there a acronym and abbreviation guide someones made and stuck up somewhere? Could anyone link me to a post or guide that lists all the common Eve acronyms and abbreviations, or someone offer some kind of help?

Look for the button on the left called Dictionary, that should help out alot. Good luck.

I discovered EVE back in its beta days, and I never knew what CCP stood for until now.

Its a useful resource, but I'm still seeing terms that aren't in the dictionary...

Safe Spot, a place in a system that is significantly away from normally warpable positions, made through vector bracketing (i.e. warping betweeon two points, droping a bookmark in middle, warping between bookmark and another point, dropping a second bookmark, repeat.)
