Just sent a serious question to the CCP customer support email address regarding how I paid for a subscription but was not credited with the days, and I received a reply email with a link to a petition on the site. When going to my open ticket I noticed that the title of it was the subject of my email, but before it was added [Might Be Spam]. Shortly afterward, my open ticket was closed with no response. Now, correct me if I have misinterpreted this, but frankly I'm rather insulted when I pay for something and then I have a concern and it is labeled as "spam".

That sounds very much like something that was added to the subject of your email by automatic spam-filtering software. Of course, it's sloppy of them not to edit it out before they created the ticket. But they've probably got other things on their mind at the moment.

Edited by: Erik Valdr on 10/02/2007 09:37:48 I also received no response, however. I refreshed the page a while after receiving the link to the ticket and all I saw was an area to rate their services, my original message sent to them, and a message in bold which simply stated "This Petition Has Been Closed."
From the looks of that other Billing Problems thread, I guess I'm not the only one having these problems. Perhaps it is being looked into as we speak. Just kind of would have appreciated some sort of response.

Might be something about your email address that caused it....maybe try re-submitting it with a different email addy?

I might attempt that if I still am having an issue in a few days. I can understand if it was mistakenly considered spam by a filter, but it seems that it still required a human decision to either respond or just close it and the latter was chosen. I tried not to let the ongoing issue with T20 and all that bother me too much, I wasn't planning on leaving the game because of it, but customer service like this is almost making me think twice about that decision
