There seems to be some confusion regarding this whole corp war decs you and retracts immediatly issue.
Is it a) An exploitable bug that people are using to insta gank anything they fancy in empire
or
b) Corperations leaving their alliance and the 24 hour rule kicking in so they can't immediatly pull out a wardec whilst in empire to get the other guys concordageddoned.
I'm leaning towards b But some clarification would be nice.

Well if it has to be locked then so be it, I fail to see which forum rules are being broken asking a legitiment question that there is some confusion over.

A GM confirmed it wasn't an exploit. They also showed EXTREMELY low morality with the whole DEV cheating thing.
What did you expect? They're at least coherent in their actions...
Now is time for pirates to abuse this feature, GM will be flooded with WTF petitions, then theyll release a statement saying it is indeed a flaw and will be addressed in an emergency patch.

Yea I understand that, but what I'm trying to get to the bottom of here is what we are actually dealing with before everyone runs around screaming sploit!!!
Has it been confirmed that these Insta-war decs can even be issued? not as far as I have seen.
My money is still on Option B untill proved otherwise.

If you were wardecked by an alliance(like privateers), those are individual corps leaving the alliance.
