Same with me. Though i do not wait hours and close the blank screen. Also same version of launcher. (Tried with old and new)
Could anyone confirm how accurate is eve-offline in reporting server status? |

EVE-Offline is based on API data, so as long as that data is correctly reflecting the number of player sessions, the web site should be accurate as well. |

Launcher is not working properly at the moment so you need to run the client manually
Easiest way to do that
From the launcher
Click the E next to the close icon
Select Server List
Choose profile from the drop down
Click Play on Singularity
Wait for client to start
Enter Username and Password
At the moment http://eve-offline.net is the most reliable indication if singularity is online or not |

says online on that site but offline on my launcher, and im getting error code

Sisi is up for me.
However, the Citadels are useless if we cannot anchor them, and every server downtime the timer resets.
theres very little testing happening. |
