What's the deal? If they use drones just blow the drones up what can they do past that? If they shoot at you from far away just warp. If you have missles fire back at them. What's the big deal? What piece of the puzzel am I missing. I'm just curious.

They disrupt whatever it is you're trying to do, and are very hard to catch, as the pilots who fly such ships, tend to be interested in ganking, not actual PvP.
They're also used to bump ships dozens of kilometers off of gates or stations, which IMO, is one of the saddest and biggest flaws in this game.
Ship-bumping is gaming the game. _________________________________________________________

But what about warping to 0? Are they THAT fast that you can't even use a jump gate or dock?

If there gonna be used there worth fitting properley, which means faction / officer warp scram allowing them to orbit out of T1 nos range while still NOSing back and hitting with missiles and drones, but you are right - kill the drones and you have a chance of tanking it, large smartbombs ftw.
However if they are operateing in pairs one can move outside heavy nos range forceing you to play about switching targets constantley, this will probaley buy them enouth time to take you down.
So basicley if its not best named / T2 / officer / faction fitted it can be taken down, if it is fitted right and with snake implants etc they can be extreamley deadley. -

Ever heard of a warp scrambler?

Missiles do less damage based on target speed. When the target is going 4-8km/s+, missile damage is going to be in the single digits for the most part. It's the same concept of an interceptor- most missiles can't catch them.
As for drones- yes, shooting them is an option, but during the time that you're shooting them you usually have many heavy nos and torpedoes wrecking your tank. Give it a try sometime, you'll quickly understand why it's so ridiculously hard to deal with them.

So basicly it's really dangerious if there is more than one person? But again what about warp to 0?

well... its more if there are 2 of them and your not at a gate your pritty much dead unless you can tank them untill help arives.
but one well fitted one can certainley be deadley on its own no doubt, and with warp to zero - yes you may jump, but so will the nanoBS, so when you uncloak on the otherside your going to get warpscamed and shot at unless you can warp first, if not then your probaley gonna make a run for the gate so rince and repeat the above untill your dead.
But they are like most battles more deadley when your caught away from a gate or station, in which case you can't web them (they orbit at 20km) most inteceptors ESP. if they are T1 / lowend named fitted will have trouble catching them, your guns can't track them, your missiles do very little damage, and a probaley fit one can stay outside NOS range.
Basicley Very hard to counter unless you have a few very competent ceptor pilots flying the ceptors with 3 midslots. (mwd, scram, decent webber) -
