For what i see in coldfront China Server (Serenity) is offline for a while.
Are they updating?
It seems the population there is very small lately, anyone got news or updates from Serenity?

I'm not sure what happend, but according to the official news written on the web www.eve-online.com.cn, the news 8th Feb says 'Chinese server is fully updating to Revelation from RMR on 12th Feb', which is today, GMT +8 time 0030 here. I think that was just a version upgrading.

The entire character population was discovered to be owned by one chinese man who was banned for isk selling. Hence the server sas shut down.

Isn't the China server being patched to TQ build atm?
I'm sure I read something about the Chinese test server having maxed out stats for everyone so they could get some testing done.
And IIRC the Chinese server runs behind TQ as far as patches go, yes we are BETA testers for China.

well, i'd say, it's not the testing in TQ took the time and made the difference, but the translation works. not only UI, but also the mission descriptions, system modifications need to be translated too. =]

Isn't all of 0.0 owned by isk sellers, apart from one region? I wonder who those guys sell the isk too.. 0.0 has alot of belts.. 
Is everyone pirating in hacs or missioning in T2/faction CNR's?

Every one trained for Dreads but the skill book for cyno's was lost in the server transfer

looks like it was an update to revelations. the server is back up and according to the graphs from eve.coldfront.net population hit this years top concurrent users online: 5207 players.
I bet they dont get has mutch lag has in TQ
