AF Holding's Incorporated and Pulsar Defense Technologies jointly announced today the merger of their two corporations. The CEO of AF Holding's Incorporated, feroci0us, stated, "I am pleased to announce that our two corporations will be merging into the newly created Aggressive Faction Defense Technologies Corporation." In a similar statement, he CEO of Pulsar Defense Technologies, Muaddid, explained, "This merger will allow us to combine our strengths in a way that will maximize our profits and minimize our enemies." At the press conference, Muaddid and feroci0us shared a chuckle at that last statement as though it were an inside joke. However, when questioned on the subject, feroci0us stated, "With our combined industrial and military divisions, we shall be one of the most profitable and secure corporations in the Fountain Alliance, if not the world of Eve."
Recently AF Holdings Incorporated was decimated by the major theft of most of its assets by the embezzlers Agent Shield and Parthon. None of this property was recovered. In his statement, feroci0us continued, "Even though we have merged, we will continue to hunt these two criminals down. They will be sorry that they ever crossed our path!" Solwolf, a director of AF Holding's Incorporated, stated, "I will relentlessly hunt those two till the fires of Hades are frozen!" Many in the business community speculated that AF Holding's might collapse due to the loss of most of their assets. However, all indicators show that AF Holdings was well on its way back to its previous position in the business community.
AF Holding's Incorporated and Pulsar Defense Technologies are both members of the Fountain Alliance. Muaddid confirmed that the new corporation will be a member of the Fountain Alliance. We will be informing the council of the merger, but this is merely a formality as both corporations were founding members, he explained.
Concord records show that both former corporations were almost completely law abiding, with some minor exceptions. One Concord official who asked to be kept anonymous stated that she did not predict the merger to result in any future hostile or criminal activity. Muaddid and feroci0us both stated that all good citizens of Eve have nothing to fear from Aggressive Faction Defense Technologies. Ferocious, "While we will have a sizeable military, our primary focus, other than profit, is the Defense of our corporation and our allies." Muaddid, "While our primary goal is to maximize our profits, we're not looking to conquer the universe, only small portions of the market. However, we shall defend ourselves, our allies, and repel all enemies.ö
Tyrion ôredfishö Nydaerin, currently co-CEO of Pulsar Defense Technologies will be stepping down from this role to become head of recruitment in the new organization. When asked for his feelings on this issue he remarked, ôItÆs quite a relief actually. I know Muaddid and feroci0us are very capable leaders, and it will be nice to take a back seat for a change."

How does someone "specialize" in corp theft, without joining new corps to rob?

I really am happy for you. This move is fantastic for AF Holdings, Inc. With Pulsar Defense Technologies watching your back, you may finally get that backbone you need.
With Pulsar's military and AF's mining drones, this really does work for all involved to prosper.
