Yep, very respectful battle...
Long may it go on! The war is exciting rather than smacking... just that ruddy titan, starting to not like that wee ship.... ;) You may be a King or little street sweeper, but sooner or later, you'll dance with the Rapier, yeah |

Wish I could say the second engagement was as good as the first.
We jumped in, couldn't even kill our primary, then ended up scattered allover the system, 3/4 of FIX couldn't even lock targets because their screens wouldn't move, we warped to a pos where D2's dread fleet were, then the titan warped in and doomsdayed a few of us.
If there was absolutely no lag then it would've been closer but Fix/Xelas etc couldn't even lock targets for most of the fight because of the lag.
Regardless, good job D2. You wiped the floor with us.

IRON left a few weeks ago after the tide of the battles started turning a bit. They were great opponents, though sometimes their smack in local got pretty bad (however I would guess this is the fault of a few, not the many).
We haven't fought them for a bit. This is FIX moving into Fountain to help defend against D2's attack.
What would you know about that war? You were absent the entire war(IIRC you were in jita ganking privateers while we camped your home systems).
We left to defend the north against mc and dice, nothing more nothing less.

What a Day, 3 200+ involved Capsulers Fleet-Battles within 24h, thats so sweet.
First one went to Fix and Co., 2nd and 3rd was our turn to loot our nme`s remands.
And i have the feeling that it will go on and on the next days evenings.
Props to all involved, Our Logistics-Guys, the FCs and all the Grunts with the big guns :D

It was about the same situation for you like we had in PNQ. It looks like the group who is jumping in will get some people looking at frozen screens until their ship died. I suggest to write some petitions because this issue has to be fixed as soon as possible.
At least this evening the server lagged for all, many of us couldn't look anyone either. I'm looking forward to see some more fights like this in the future :) ___________________

So here's my account. I was in my tempest camping the gate with the rest of the xelas/fix fleet *skips over boring waiting info* .....soo D2 jumps in about 350km from the gate we were on and then we see the titan come in. Knowing it's going to unleash the doomsday, the order is given to warp out. Being that i'm a sane individual, I decide it'd be the best course of action. I wasn't aligned so i picked the closest thing to warp to that won't take much realigning. I see the weapon starting up as the rest of my fleet is jumping out. I start praying to god and yelling at my tempest warp faster. All of a sudden the screen starts fading, denoting the device is about to go off. Over TS i hear the FC say, "if your screen starts dimming, you're dead." So I gulp and prepare for the worst. Thank my lucky stars though I warped out right as the thing started to go off.
That was the coolest moment all day.

Good fun fight... to the actuall pilots who were their, i had a great time.
Respect for the way your pilots conducted themselves.
In regards to the Titan pilot, you need to practice your aim a bit mate ;)
Re: Forum trolls who wernt even their talking about victorys. You know, they did "win" that battle, and well done to them and [crap]bad job ccp on server performance[/crap] yada yada.. but the fact is you still got pushed back from 3 systems you tried to take today and your consolidation of power has not grown past a few npc stations in a system your all sat in untill your capital fleet moves.
I dont actually want to take anything away from D2 or its friends achievement today as frankly im both impressed and pleased to have someone good to fight against.
But the bottom line is, its only going to get harder for you during the week when your acitivty goes down.
And we have proven that even without the mass of the bob fleet, we can and will defend our space.
Thank you.

Pity i wasn't there, seems like it was fun for everyone, and props to D2 for taking the titan out for fun twice.

Wait, you guys are paying to defend BoB's space too? No wonder AAA is dying to get down to Delve.

Yarr, I respect that D2 probably had to go through the same thing in Pnq. It's just a shame that the lag can get that bad because it basically secures the win for whoever is set up and defending. Judging by your numbers and firepower I'd hazard a guess to say you'd have won anyway, but I'm sure we wouldn't be so annoyed if we'd lost while being able to fight back

IRON guys keep it on topic. This is a "GF" thread dont twist it.
Nice to hear some good combat has comenced, and ill echo what everyone else wants. GIVE US THE DOOMSDAY FRAPS OR ELSE
This war is certainly going to be an intresting one, the east and west in flames certainly dont leave a lack of hotspots :)

All this GF makes me vomit =(
GF means usually "you suck, you lost"
Props for bringing it means usually "your FC's are retards because they misjudged the situation"
Nothing against congratulation on a good fight if it was one, but in most cases (not talking especially about this one) it is pure nonsense and that is worse then smack tbh.

I have to say that the Gallentean DD working is sinister. Your screen starts to became black. Is like a shadow of death apearing from nothing while you hear a strange sound.
Then you see all the ships in front of you exploding . Nasty thing I must say

I know exactly what you mean. I had this same problem when we jumped into you guys on Friday night. I got about six "screen shots" and woke up in a station.
There is no lag in eve! :P
