drop all roles.
then you have to transfer via using credit card, paypal or plex. if you have plex, right click (2) in game and return them to account balance so you may use them in account management. |

He can not speak english well, so I will translate what is happening.
Currently the EVE billing system for character transfers is facked up and no matter what form of payment you choose (paypal, card, plex) it always returns the same error that your card does not have enough funds and that you need to contact your card holder. The funny thing is this happens when you press the button to pay with plex that it SAYS you have (lol) and also before you even log into paypal to pay with.
This is a serious issue, and I have petitioned CCP on two accounts, but that was three days ago and they refuse to comment on the matter. My guess is their site got hacked hard, and they have secretly closed down the billing system to prevent any redirections of payment information.
That or the other alternative is all their web developers are incompetent retards and need to be shot Russian style  |
