Dear players. We are aware of the current issues with the "Subscription details" and payment problems. We are working on a fix and hope that everything will be back to normal very soon.

Despite the T&C's we agree to, enough people with enough complaint & CCP's failure to respond to the issue in a 'timely' manner could end up with them in quite a bit of hot water - should they not compensate fairly or attempt to make up for something which is not any user's fault.
Before someone rants about T&C's meaning we have nothing, consider that if you hurt yourself anywhere after signing T&C's that remove the company's liability... any court of law will throw them out in a second if the company is at fault even the slightest amount.

Just counted 24 people who've posted with an alt. or friend who cannot reactivate their account. I've also sent email to [email protected] but I doubt much will come of that.
There's pretty low numbers of people logged on for this time... CCP would be wise to at least tell people what's going on & when a fix is expected AND what they're intending to do about those who have been billed but remain inactive/expired.

First saw this problem yesterday, when i should login to change skills, tried again this morning, but with the same lame result. Cant login on my main character, loosing training time. Hope CCP makes me some kind of compensation, otherwise im quitting this game. And to be honest, how hard can it be to fix this payment issue????

Looking at the speed CCP is working it will be at least before summer the payment system is going to be fixed.

Having the same problem here chaps, even though i havent checked with my bank to see if ive been billed or not, the subs adding section said that my card has been added - yet not account activation, there has been a reply from wrangler, but yet again how many peoples petitions are actually being answered when the petition page is bugged too and times out? I had to refresh 3 times to get my petition to post, and when it did, its posted 3 times lol.

It'd be great to get my account working today. I notice CCP has had the time to reply to other petitions only a few days old but our billing petitions still haven't been touched after 4 to 6 days?
I'm seriously thinking of not bothering, I understand these things can happen but its starting to get beyond the joke & I bet CCP will basically tell us its their way or the highway with some 'apology'.

asked for detailed info to look further into it... but it was sent on 2/12/2007 4:22:00 PM...and many hours later still not any sort of feedback (i got and replied 40min after so around 5:00PM)
its dumb i remember GM helping me at the very beggining for noob matters in minutes and now for urgent matters we can start counting in weeks.
also, i saw other did this too but it wasnt even working for me, but entering card info now let me see the 'active' state but logout/login and back to expired state, and at any point it still fails to log in game. Full of Hate toward CCP! This character and account born off the fact my main account CANNOT SUBSCRIBE!!! |

Careful with the gamecards, a few people have activated those & still can't login due to the 'expired' status not changing.

I *think* the issues may be finally resolved. I was able to change my billing information from time card to credit and have it stick long enough for me to log in the game, view the details on line half an hour later, and log into the message boards a couple of times which I wasn't able to yesterday.
