Edde Bebbi Amarr The Griffin	Posted - 2007.02.12 02:45:00 - [1] Recent weeks have seen COAD at its very worst and very Best. At its worst, we see RL threats, Illegal activities, clear, real hatred being put into words and posts calculated to cause the most possible offence. This forum has basically Split from the actual game. What went on here often had very little connection to reality in game. Spin, Propeganda, Insults and Threats would perhaps provide a more apt acronmyn than CAOD. And at its best, what we have seen today and recently; many fairly unbiased, interesting battle descriptions, often with multiple perspectives posted. Everyone is interested, and it makes great reading. There has been some smack, as old habit die hard, but less than your general "conspiricy hax" thread, and even some signs that players are giving each other some respect. Perhaps this will mark a new era of COAD, post 'EveGate', post Illegal-Hacking, post BoB-Devs, where people just come and tell stories of what happened in game. One can only hope (probably in vain).

Keep the reports and events coming everyone! It's a portal for information sharing, don't be put off by the minority who claim every battle report post is a waste of their time.

You have to read everything and add salt and infer and guess. Any time someone posts something with content their enemy replies with "lol check ur facts". I'm not sure things are improving yet. I mean BoB stopped posting and GS started... so... too early to tell.

And you actually managed to post with proper spelling and without linking your to your killboard or using . Perhaps the majority of the forum-***s are the minority of our respective alliances. Or perhaps not, as your alliance's denial of its fate has seemingly spread to all levels. COAD has been never been anything but a napalm-ridden pit of propaganda, I don't know why people would expect it to change now.
