After having being called exploiters and cheaters and god knows what else, I have stated a request to the GM staff, which they have granted.
I hope this is the final word on it.
These are questions that will be answered by the Senior GM;
1. Does Evolution have any DEV or GM in the corporation?
2. Have any Evolution ever been found guilty of a cheat or a exploit?
3. Have any Evolution ever recieved a warning about using a cheat or a exploit?
4. Have any Evolution ever been banned, temporary, or permanently?
Evolution have *always* prided itself in that we never cheat nor exploit, our standards are high.
If any Evolution were to be found exploiting or cheating they would be kicked out in a heartbeat.

I don't see how this changes anything since the complaints are about the fact that CCP does nothing about cheating and hides behind ignorance about their own game to do nothing about exploits. Nice how GM Ender covers himself by saying "to the best of my knowledge". That way he can hide behind ignorance again should he be proven wrong.

Well I'm not surprised since the grid exploits and warp/cancel warps don't happen when a GM is in system.

That's what ppl say when they can't explain how bad they got beat.
they're just elite, i know that fact from Homeworld, and in this game, they're the same.

I know nothing about evelution. What i know; Is that if i know with my self that im not a cheater, or a killer. Then it dont matter who says i ame.
As long as your corp know that your not cheaters dont care what others says. Sayying nothing actualy is more of a profe then blwing it up on the forums, asking for GM support.

The very FACT That SirMolle (the biggest ego in eve) can get a GM to respond with an obviously scripted response immediatley after posting SPEAKS VOLUMES.
Even if evolution are not in polaris or GMs, this quick response is proof that they are indeed the teachers pet.
Tell me a privateer or non-famous corp would get this kind instantanious GM service. I don't think so. |

A member of the CA recently submitted a petition with some information(screenshots and chatlogs of him admitting it afterward) of a person to be un-named in this post using the warp/cancel warp exploit. He waited for the Gm to respond to the petition and recieved a response to the tone of this:
"i can see no proof of an exploit happening here...now go put on some lasers and suck it up."
The GM who stated this is also to remain un-named.
This post is not meant to whine or complain or anything of that nature. But I myself, have completely had it with the way GM's treat players. This comment is complete and utter disrespect to the player who submitted the petition. In my opinion I dont think a "Customer Support Represenative" should treat ANYONE with the flagrant disrespect shown above.
On another occaision a member of the GM staff had a conversation with a player I am in contact with and it went a little something like this.
The GM staff member was trying to explain how CTD's can happen.(even though the player had recieved a "server node crash" message upon the game crashing)
GM: how old are you?
player: im 21, a college student
GM: what are you studying?
player: im studying to be a mechanical engineer
GM: ok then let me dumb it up for you.
The GM blatantly insulted the player to whom he was speaking and this has happened on several occaisions. Personally I will not stand for this degree of disrespect to players by the "Customer Support Staff." I am just stating my positions on some of the staff and I hope im not coming across as a whiner. Thanks

Well, I have fought Evolution a few times... and while I regret that they killed one of my Dom's, it was always a fair fight.
So, while I am not a fan of Evolution, I do respect them and just dont see them bothering to cheat.
Not when CCP is allowing all the current exploits of the game mechanics and saying it is ok.

I guess if you kiss enough ass in the right IRC channels you can get whatever you want in this game.
Theres always been favouritism in EVE. The game had one of the most insular communities going before beta was released. I mean for ****s sake, it was like the freemasons. If you dared post a question that was asked the previous year you were exiled.
Basically, if you weren't here around at launch then the GMs/Polaris couldn't give a ****. EVE has, and always will be, a case of who you know rather than what you know. Hence Evolution can post an a GM magically appears. If John Q Noobcorp were to suggest such a thing to the GMs they'd be laughed out of the game.

Not really. More like a mix of boredom and frustration.
I've seen a few quit/go inactive recently, but don't flatter yourself Homo, it's mostly down to people realising what a cynical timesink of a game EVE really is.
No doubt some will come back, but personally I can't be ****** with the game any more. Too many faults, too many primadonnas and too many retards for my liking. Counterstrike in space and all that.

Well, 1/2 my corp has walk lately. They have seen with their own eyes how this game works differently for some ppl than other ppl. The simple fact that certain ppl get different treatment is too bad and reason for the departures. If I made a post would a GM ever be bothered to have the post in it? Let alone meer seconds after the original poster. Eve is done and that makes me sad. I ask the question, what happens when there are 1K ppl left and they all get the good treatment? What will it be like then?
Goodby to all the good ppl I met and I'll remember the fun I had.

To all you "OMG Evol must have GM friends 'cuz they got a reply" people, consider this:
Evolution is high-profile. They have been fighting successful wars in three different regions now, and each war entails at least six dozen petitions from people that mistook game faults or their own faults for exploits and cheating. Evolution does not exploit nor cheat. I know this as I am proud to have once been a part of Evolution.
Now, if you were a GM, and you had SirMolle and John McNoob asking for the same thing, i.e. a reply on the forums about cheating, and one entailed the possible stop of FLOODS of worthless petitions and the other a slight egoboost for a little corp, what would you do?
I sometimes wonder where you left your bwains.

Havent seen any SA or Evol or CC people threatening to cancel their accounts cos they lost their battleship. Maybe thats because we dont have spotty teenagers with oversized egos who believe they are indestructable in our corps?
Normally when i kill a CA pilot, I get a torrent of abuse in local and accused of cheating, which always brings a smile to my face.
I really hope CA dont pull out of the region, because you are my main source of rare loot drops,, its easier killing you than NPC farming for hours for the right mods.
Keep up the good work CA and carry on sticking nice equipment on your ships so I dont have to waste my time looking for it.

I'd like to congratulate 2 CA pilot's who showed guts and fought to the death, yes they killed my Raven. Both were killed and never once screamed exploit, and neither did I.
Good job guys.
I'd also like to congratulate RUS, who also killed my Apocolypse. Nice job again.
So you see, we do lose ships, we don't run crying to the forums and scream exploit.
The only reason we replace ships so fast, is we have massive financial backing, and we do mine, yes lol we do. We stripmine entire systems and move on to the next. This helps maintain high profile wars for months, along with careful planning and good coordination.
So give the exploit/dodgy GM theory a break, and do give us some credit for making the game just that little bit more fun.

Yah god forbid the truth about CCP customer support sucking and doing nothing about exploits should get out. Nice circle reasoning you should come to us with exploits but we dont know about any exploits and we won't investigate so in conclusion there are no exploits.
