Well if you thought that the Customer care was bad in Eve. Well AE has just gone top of the league in this with there dissastarous launch of Horizons.

Customer support has been good for me.
Been stuck 3 times in 8 month, fixed within 1-2 hours. Petition respons withing 15 minute for exploit. One petition didn't get an answer.

Long story short:
1) MMOG developers create a game which gathers huge interest during the development cycle.
2) MMOG developers forget to thoroughly test something vital: Account Creation
3) MMOG developers release the game.
4) MMOG developers watch in horror as account creation implodes (wasn't there account creation issues here as well?)
5) MMOG support staff watch in horror as the email server adamantly refuses to implode, praying for something to cut off the stream of emails flooding in (damn Microsoft).
6) New customers begin speculating on the likelyhood that MMOG developers + support staff are in the Bahamas celebrating the launch.

Customer Support in EVE r0x. Never waited more than 2 hours for any petition, GMs are always nice (kinda noobish at times), and try to help. They do refuse to pay gate tolls but oh well, which customer support does?

Ahhhh, it's nice to see that CCP does sleectively allow certain postings about games other than EVE in their Forums - lol !
Forum Moderators must have been on vacation or something ! - lol prolly playing some other game too - hehe.
