Minmatar Carrier ever going to get fixed?

Damige in his "crap " Minnie carrier right on the front lines doing a nice bit of damge and more importantly keeping the gang alive, i do the same in my thanatos as do other corpies in theirs. Using carriers on the front lines just takes some balls... And why the hell is there all this whining about the minnie carrier?? From what ive seen its one of the best front line carriers, due to it having MUCH better cap recharge rates (more mid slots for other stuff) and better lock times too... not to mention that the repping bonus is pretty useful when used in the right situation. The thing to remember that carriers are rarely solo pwnmobiles (as the vid shows), you need GOOD PvPing Corpies to fly with otherwise your just a man/women in a expensive coffin tbh

Dam was going on about being able to sustain duel reps at 60% cap with 5x cap recharger IIs... while im finding it difficult even with rigs ... odd As for the bonus.. ok sure... now looking at it, it could deffintly be boosted, id say it should have a Amound/Cap usage bonus in the end. But my point was that all carriers can be used on the front lines, i was there along with Dam in 2/3 of the engagments in my carrier... all it takes is to have a couple of balls and confidence in your gang members to be good enough. If you dont have those 2 requirments.. get the hell out of the carrier and back into a vexor ffs.
