just.. makes.. me.. cry.
i petitioned my accidental deletion of my jump clone ( +3 implants ) but that is beside the point and 3 weeks later.. im still waiting for a response.. a glance.. a peek.. just something.. damn it CCP hire more petition answerers!
even if most of them are noobs saying they lost their ship because someone is hackzors or something like that this issue is just beyond funny.
i havn't bought new implants in the hope they will be returned or atleast told no so i dont waste my precious isks which arn't easy for some to make ( those of us that just like the pewpew part of eve!) bleh! gimme a sign jesus give me a sign! * looks for a burning bush*
i have made petitions in the past and had a response in about 2 days.. what happend CCP?
P.S PLEASE! fix the bloody freezing.. the random death of Eve that can last for minutes at a time.. the amount of times i have warped in somewhere and Eve has frozen resulting in the lose of an uninsurable ship is making me cry.

Still waiting for a reply to one I posted 14th January and its not a particularly complex one 
Not even a simple acknowlegement that says your query is in consiquential and we will get to it eventually there are more important ones to deal with

Yeah reimbursement petitions take ages, because they aren't considered high on the list of importance compared to other petitions, and there are always loads and loads of them, and its possible a lot of them aren't subject to reimbursement anyway.

I've petitioned 5 times for re-imbursement each taking about a month to get the first reply, and never got 1 ship/jumpclone/set of implants back.
I just get 'within normal game mechanics'...which is fine, but I'd someday like to get a MANUAL with ALL the game mechanics listed (broken, bugged, or otherwise).
<sighs>
