Me checks your skills to see how dangerous you are in a fight and what your likley to bring to said fight !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Must admit good site though but wide open to being able to see how competent people are when fighting.

Go look up my character, and tremble at my mighty skills. Then I'll point out that due to the fact that I only run missions, and could not set up a PVP ship to save my life, I'm probably easier to kill than someone with one tenth of my SP, but who actually knows what they are DOING.
