That's because it uses Kareha, a free textboard similar to Futaba's code... which is the basis of pretty much all modern image and textboards, including 4chan

If you post a "wrong thought" here it'll be instantly deleted by the mods. I've watched them--they're getting so fast I can't even get in before the post is gone.
Better for people to post in an uncensored forum and have their thoughts heard then to get everything they say deleted here.

CCP don't give a monkeys what anyone thinks when they post it on the forums that We Pay For, why would they give two hoots if it is on some other forum?

Well, soon as I find a similar space mmo, I am gone, and my friends with me.
And we have already decide to not even THINK about looking into WOD or anything else with a certain companys name on it. Too bad the merger will taint the other company now too.

All it's going to do, as far as I can be bothered to think, is people are going to vent there frustrations where nobody will know, nobody will care, and everybody will forget. They'll all calm down, remember that they need to set a skill, and get on with playing Eve.
The sad thing is CCP are going to get away with this. And we'll have to go through it all again some day, because they've done nothing to stop it from happening again.

I think they are going to get the message.
I know a lot of people who are quitting. I'm not talking about the vocal "I'm quitting" posts, but well-known people throughout the community that have publicly or privately stated their intention to quit because of this.
If there is one thing that ends EVE's upward progress, this will be it.

I know what you mean, obviously I'm posting with an alt, but we have already lost our corps main PvP co-ordinator, no forum drama, just a bio note.
Myself? I don't know. I want to. But I havn't managed to find a viable alternative. I don't think there is anything like Eve. So for the time being, I am freer than a pierate, nothing I do in-game matters, so things are.... weird and pointless for the time being.

Lol, I'm pretty sure almost every post I've made in the last 30 minutes has been nuked. And I've been carefully avoiding mentioning anything lockable too- it appears if you're not extremely positive, your post gets deleted with no moderation comment now!
I think I'm going to go into Read Only mode on EVE-O for a while, and retreat into DS's board for general EVE discussion................

Unfortunately the server room was hit by a power outage. The entire area has no power, though my home computer is fine.
It will be up whenever the power comes back on, I assume.
You'll be able to tell as my sigs will reappear; they are hosted on the same server.
