I don't really see the fuzz about remaps, but I am just playing the game more or less casual, not maxing out every aspect of it before I undock or take an action. But personally I'd really like to see a remap that will let you change your basic points as a christmas present, not just an additional one, like those that already exist.
what do I mean? almost 7 years ago, knowing nothing about the game while i created my character - I decided it was a good idea to put a lot of points into charisma. I could still slap myself every day for that. Now, of course I remapped everything I could away from charisma, but I still have a whooping 17 base points in that. I think after 7 years of gimped training I deserve a remap that lets me fix that ;D |

IIRC only Achura characters who never used the neural remap function have less points in Charisma than you do.
All characters's base stats are equal these days. |

One of my alts is Achura, has a base of 18 in Charisma, never remapped after removal of learning skills. Don't know if it's the lowest possible value :) Won't touch this.

achuras that havnt remapped are 17base -2 points for charisma. if they remapped they woudl have to add 2 points to charisma before moving any points else where
CCP-áare full of words and no action. We will watch what they are doing, for now

Slightly off topic but I'm a Achura that has never been remapped and still has 2 stacked remaps that is for sale.
sry on drive by spam.. 
btw I also have a Male that has very few skills that also has 2 remaps but is an Achura that has never been remapped.. (can also be sold if anyone is interested in these kind of toons) |

In a same way Intaki Reborns who never remapped could have Perception of base -1 and Willpower of base -2. Or something like that. |
