it might be my eyes but doesnt that char info say "reglaimer"?
another thing i would like to point out is that the real reclaimer has got a negative sec rating, which this one pictured hasnt...

A) he is not an Alt. He might not post on the forums, but if you look in Curse you will see him and his Battleship there.
B) it does say a C not a G.

That is hilarious, GJ Reclaimer for a good laugh I must admit. For the record, anyone can put anything in their corp desc. However as I peer upon the SA list of 'friends' I do not see 'Exiled' upon that list, guess that means they are still KOS to us.
