Yes I know the Amarr stealth bomber ain't that great.
I am however, specced Amarr so its what I got.
I have never used a stealth bomber before and not sure what fit to go for.
I was thinking
2 x Cruise Launcher
1 x Improved Cloak II
1 x AB II
2 x RSD
1 x SAR II
2 x N Type EANM
2 x Low Friction Nozzle Joints II
Leaves 2 high slots but bugger all PG and do I really wanna be that close to use turrets NOS etc.
Note this is to be used in a group.

Tbh in any stealth bomber you don't want to get targeted at all, I have a manticore, but the setup should be basically the same. I'm also a bomber n00b, but i've looked around, it'll be different for purifiers as they have an extra low slot.
To cut a long story short, and this is total disregard to fittings, as i don't fly a purifier, this is the setup i shall be using on my manticore adapted to the fitting slots of a purifier:
Highs:
2x Arbalest Cruise Launcher
1x T2 cloak
Meds:
2x best named sensor dampener
1x sensor booster t2
low:
2x Ballistic control unit t2
1x power diagnostic t2
basically, from what i understand, in conjunction with a solid tackler you lock them down with the dampeners so they can't target you and you can cloak at any time if needs be, and the bcu's give you more punch. i have no idea if it'll fit.

It has been a while since i flew one, but if memory serves, you can throw 3 BCU's on there, (Named, not T2.)

I like to take advantage of the Purifier's plentiful capacitor and PG by fitting a MWD. It almost guarantees survivability.
Every stealth bomber has its distinct advantages over the other ones. If you don't exploit them, you might as well be flying a Manticore for about a week's more training.
