I think there should at least be a congratulation mail from the gallente boss (whoever this is) and maybe a reward, something like shares of a npc corp, lets say the federation navy, so that you get devidends when people use federation stations and reprocess or repair there.
A chance for the federate issue bs would be nice aswell, maybe a once-in-a-lifetime offer to buy it for 20bil or something. Or at least gallente ncp ships should greet you at the gates or something - if there's nothing at all at 10.0 then its sad

faction changes are %age changes...
10.00 standing is impossible. However, you now have enough 9's after the decimal point that the screen displays it as 10.00 in its rounding. Congrats on that, not many have gone that far.

You are now eligible to try a new mission mode called PvP. Its tricky at first, so don't use your expensive ships, but you'll soon catch on.

I didn't use expensive ships or gear for doing my missions...I like being effective with cheap stuff 
And as for PvP...I tried it...and I just don't like it...
Don't ask me why, I just don't...
I might enjoy building empires/alliances and doing strategic stuff...but that would require to actually PvP first and work the ranks in an alliance...
And as I said before...I don't like the PvP part in Eve, its too much about the killmails, the griefing and such, I don't enjoy it

youre ready for exploration plexes finding farming and getting annoyed when they are bugged

Done it...got reeeaaaally frustrated (don't get me started)...dropped it...
Might do it again now that they patched it...though the exploration sites in high sec are a (bad) joke...and going to 0.0 would require some PvP experience (or PvP evasion experience)...
What I am really waiting for are the promised new courier (Oveur said they had something exciting in the oven a few months back) missions and new Factional warfare (please don't make this all PvP) missions

There are quit a few lvl 5 agent's tho,however i'm not 1 of the lucky folks who found 1 -_-
I think you get them only by invite ?
Haven't searched though about the details the how's/where ,...beside that i haven't seen anywhere a mission report from a lvl 5 mission also ;)

As for the jumpclones...meeh...doubt it'd be THAT profitable ;) Also ppl had to have quite high standings already as well...
I want to do something nice in the game...working with the storyline...archieving goals for the federation and such...atm I just can't seem to find anything left PvE wise to do

Your reward for getting +10.0 standing to the Federation should be 6 months in an Amarr re-education camp. At the end of it, you'll be issued a Maller and a few lasers, and set off on your new career -- righting the wrongs you've done with all those Federation missions.

You can now do +10 for Minmatar. You should have decent faction with them anyways from doing gallente story-lines.
I presume you have done the minimalistic Gallente Cosmos, the minmatar one is much larger.

I actually did try out WoW for 5 days and its a pretty fine game PvE wise except that all the l33t kiddies are really annoying...as are the other jerks...like you, which sadly made their way into Eve as well it seems.
When all you can do is troll around, stay under your bridge.
