Happy Valentines day from all of us at Eve Tribune to all of you. This weeks issue was a bit late because we where busy buying gifts to each other.
But now it out and we do what we do best, we talk about things. <nudge-nudge> We try to figure out just who's sleeping with who and in what bed, we send a congrats to Arkanon, and we have pretty images.

FYI, the assertion that Kugutsumen did not violate laws (i.e. TOS No. 7) simply because he's allegedly in a country that does not have anti-hacking laws is not true. If you hack a database that is located in a country with anti-hacking laws, you are liable for breaking those laws. Just because you do it from another country does not mean you haven't broken the law. I.E., if Goonswarm's servers are located in the US, and Kugutsumen hacked them from Indonesia, he's liable for breaking US law. Just because he's conveniently located in country US law enforcement would have trouble locating him in does not mean he did not violate a law.
In addition, Indonesia is a member of the WTO. All members of the WTO have to adhere to its international agreements regarding intellectual property. So, even though Indonesia may not have its own laws regarding this activity, Kugutsumen would still be in violation of international laws that Indonesia is required to adhere to.

Ahh, EVE Tribune...the only thing I will truly miss about EVE since it's pure gold and excellent journalism. Be proud of yourselves, you have once again put out an excellent issue.
