I was wondering what a good setup for a cyclone would be, this is what I would do.
5x220 Vulcan Autocannon II's, 3xMed nos
Med shield rep, therm, em resistances, scrammer, 10mn ab
pdu, gyrostab, 2xnanos
I know this is most likely noobish but if i dont make an attemp to do a setup myself i get flamed, so no flaming!
4v4 is like 5v5 but with an extra pilot on each side (c)Sundisco |

I had this one... for gangwork:
5*425mm II's 3*Med Nos.
1*LSBII,1*Inv,1*ABII,2*Th/EM Hard.
2*GyroII, 1*DCII, 1*PDSII
Medslots are flexible, depending on your role!
It tanked true and dealt respectable damage... Too bad a curse raped me silly when traveling home from a warzone alone!

altrex's is really great, tho i prefer 3 nos, mainly because my missile skills are horrible

If you're doing gang work, I prefer 720mm's for the alphas.

HIGH:
5x 220mm ACs
2x Med NOS
MID:
1x 10MN MWD
1x Large Shield Booster
1x Invulnerability Field
1x Webber
1x Warp Disruptor
LOW:
3x Gyrostabilizer
1x Damage Control
And 5 light drones of your choice. 
Lotta folks underestimate it, but it'll easily take out a whole host of other ships. Fear the Ishtar and Cerberus, though. Other HACs are dead meat.

Lows:
1x Damage Control II
1x Gyrostab II
2x Local Hull Inertia Stabs
Rigs:
1x Anti-Kinetic Shield Reinforcer I
1x Anti-Thermal Shield Reinforcer I
1x Propellant Injection Vent I
Drones:
3x Hammerhead IIs
2x Hobgob IIs
OFC this isn't as good as a Hurricane and very expensive but it just seems nice, despite its price.

Yea that'd work too...if I had more nos I'd almost go for this...just for fun.
