Hello!
My name is Jonah, aka Wtdou. I am an Indy Player here on Eve. I am currently running 3 accounts and I am looking for somone interested in making some ISK to basically be my 4th account, on an as needed basis.
What I Do...
Hauling
Right now I am in the process of hauling roughly 21,650m3 in a Tanked T1 Bestower. My fee is 250k ISK per jump.
Sorry gents, I do not provide collateral for this service. As it is High-Sec and I never pass through Low-Sec or Null Space. Seeking an escort or two to be paid per successful haul.
Mining
I mine regularly in High Sec / Worm Holes using my 2 Procurers and currently net 300mil a week. Both procurers are T1 tanked a long with a Miasmos I use for transport.
Not Hiring, Feel Free To Contract Me Any Work For Mins or Ore! (No Gas or Ice For Sale)
Exploration/Salvage
I also Explore regularly on Thursdays and Sundays, for WHs, Data Sites, Relic Sites, Combat Sites, etc.
Hiring For Combat Pilots!! I am looking for 1 or 2 Scaled Pilots to clear Combat Sites / Relic and Data Sites for me on a regular basis (**When I call, you MUST come**). You keep all the ISK, I keep all the loot/Salvage!!

I think the actual purpose of the collateral fee for courier contracts eludes you. A collateral fee is used to held the courier accountable in case he loses the cargo or just keeps it for himself. Hence the name and why a collateral fee is usually the same value as the cargo you carry. Either you "provide" collateral, or find someone gullible enough to trust you on your word alone. Otherwise you won't get much business. |

Your terms are special, let's say.
No collateral on transport contracts means the transporter can just take the stuff and keep it. Why would anyone give his stuff to a stranger and get nothing in return?

So, basically you are looking for subordinates that jump at your command, travel to wherever you are, run the site for you and in return get to keep only the bounty, while they could just run sites themselves whenever they feel like it and keep both the bounty and the loot/salvage? Especially in a wormhole, that sounds like a rather ****** deal. Again - why would anyone do that?
You are asking for handouts, my friend.

If your really lucky and continue with your attitude, you will find yourself turning very rapidly into an unhappy PVPer :)

I feel so fortunate to get in before this lock/move (whichever). I've never seen anyone so vehemently defend such a d!ck move as to expect volunteers to be at one's beck and call - you keep the ISK, I keep the loot and salvage, in an enterprise where the only money made IS the loot and salvage.
Even better - you clear the site for me; on command.
The ego is a marvelous thing...they'd display them in museums but they won't fit through the door.

Or: they don't ban people for running off with our stuff, so we have to protect ourselves from that kind of thing ourselves. In the case of a courier contract, it's collateral.

Honestly I don't expect anything. I am putting it out there, and its an option. However this is the way you defend your opinion and thoughts, you DO NOT go off on someone, just because YOU do not agree with them.

She's right, no collateral? No deal. The collateral is to keep you from stealing stuff.
Also, this is EVE, negative comments will always be shared, especially when someone like you insists otherwise.
You might find someone to fly with you, for a while, but I suspect no one will stick around long with your attitude. |
