Im currently using a Caldari Interceptor (Raptor)
and as things turn out im am joining a corp that may soon be in a war.
So....i like my Raptor...but how should i fit it so it can hold its own in PvP.
Blasters and Light missile are currently T2
Electronic skills around 4
Engineering skills around 4
What should i use???

i personally think the raptor is nothing other than a glorified shuttle. Rails have trouble hitting at high velocities, hence missiles are a better option. However blasters - You'll have trouble sticking to your range, also risking yourself to webbing.
Id personally suggest you fit like so:
Mwd, 2 x Warp Disruptor
Nano in lows.
And If that all fits, which it should ofcourse, use what you have remaining for missile launchers - standard ones will do, as you will want the range.
Keep in mind, that you need to orbit at about 15km. It'll be out of the average cruisers NOS range, out of web range, and so you should be safe-ish. Get within 10km, and you'll die.
Spend a while in the raptor, getting used to ceptors etc, and then move into a crow. Theyre far superior, and the price tag is an indicator, and damn worthwhile.
7kms, + 3 standard launchers + warp disruptor II = heaven...^^

2x guns of choice (I'd suggest rails), 2x standard launchers
1x mwd, 1x web, 1x scram (20k)
1x CPR, fitting+istab as needed.
Thats a decent "general" setup.
Though if you seriously want to do the caldari ceptor things get a crow and have fun. Raptors are probably close to the worst inties ingame.

id like to see another rapor whit t2 rails and t2 std launchers... and useing precision missiles and t2 rail ammo that nerf ur speed even more :P
easyest kill i have ever gotten against a ceptor in my ranis :P
raptors are nice whit t2 rails and t2 launchers.. aslong as ur not useing t2 ammo :D

Raptor can be a great ship if you fly to it's strengths. I fly 2x125II, 2xStandard Launcher II, MWD/20km/cap battery, and I believe MAPC/iStab/Mag Stab (lows might be different, I know I changed them).
The problem comes when people try to fly it like a Taranis - it's not meant to do that. It flies like a much faster merlin.

I personally fly it with rocket's and blaster's, may not be the best or safest but it's up close and personal and does pretty good damage.
