Well, some of the things are explained in the backstory, take some time to read all the stories, some are quite entertaining actually..
We are inside a pod, to help the human inside the pod to better get a grip of what happens around him/her the neural interface adds sound affects as it has been discovered that humans react better to situations when sounds are present.. :)

I can live without the line of sight turret tracking issue, but the issue with the masses and momentum need to be fixed.

I'll do you one better: my domi entered warp backwards! Also had it enter warp while somersaulting. It's funny because it wasn't in combat. :)

how about just remove ship-ship collisions?
really... how bad would it be?
1) frees up calculations on the server 2) everyone's happy

Just a quick note to those people discussing the kinetic energy of the smaller faster ship, you should be aware that it's not particularly important.
Yes total energy in collisions is conserved, but kinetic energy is only conserved in elastic collisions, in the real world collisions are never elastic.
What is conserved in all collisios is linear momentum which is just mass*velocity. In other words FedEx guy is absolutely right, and the smaller ship should just bounce off the bigger one, which will recoil only very slightly.
