This character can fly interdictors, interceptors, assault frigs, hacs(Has skillbook), Tier 2 battlecruiser, Machariel.
He can use the dictor sphere launcher. He can use ship probes with a 5/4/4/4 skill set in regards to Astrometrics/Pinpointing/Triangulation/Acquisition. He can use a T2 armor tank and can salvage(close to 4).

As an aside, I don't expect to reach anywhere close to 12B ISK, it is just a buyout number.
If you have offers, send them in.
The reserve isn't that much higher than the starting bid and will be revealed shortly most likely.

He has 4 Jump clones in southern 0.0 space. It is easy to move jump clones to empire or other space. Locations can be told to the those interested in evemail.
He has no implants currently plugged in or in his jump clones.
