Why have a low bid at 450mil
when Reserve price is 500? ..
Really whats the point bidding below 500 when ya simply wont sell for that price as it does not meed the reserve..

You obviously don't understand how reserve price works with auctions so let me enlighten you. The reserve price is a stated minimum the person auctioning the item will take. If met he/she is obligated to sell it for that price. Reserves work in two ways, it allows you to set the starting price cheaper than you would really want to entice bidders and it gives you an option to choose to sell it if the item went below reserve at the end of the auction or to not sell it.
It is there to prevent people whining when the auction ends.
