The node died a tottal of 7 times (?) durning that fight. This incident is pretty much the best example in the history of eve of the server messing up, and not allowing normal game play. Which is really the only time CCP ever gives stuff back, and as such I would say that LV have a pretty stong case for asking for thiers back.
Now I'm not trying to pick sides here at all, nor am I playing the lag causing blame game. Only that considering the stability of the server, or the node in this case, I personally would think its reasonable to expect the Titain, to be given back.
And its not really comparable to the last titan that died, given that what ever problem the occured with Cryvok, was with his own computer, and not the server. *(AndI've heard 54 different explanations as to what exactly occured)
I disagree. In the past there have been node crashes before and there was no reimbursement, in all of those cases it was BoB and allies that benefitted. Their opponents where not reimbursed and LV shoud not be reimbursed.
If they are reimbursed then the D2 titan should be reimbursed.

MC has some cool cats in them, though hostile, no real beef from me but...and dont take this pointing at you, its at the possible refund of the LV Titan...if that non built titan is reimbursed then CCP will need to go back through every petition ever filed in regards to node crashes/lag/ect ect ship loss and give EVERYONE their stuff back, including D2's Titan. No biggie, should only be about 234,723,634,843,928,273 ships returned that were denied if they choose to refund the titan or mins. If they are unwilling to do so then the Titan shall remain dust or it is not fair to the rest of eve, though a Titan is an expensive ship, it is no different than the smaller ships and the feeling of those pilots with loss ships.

LV spammed the entry stargate with 20 to 30 bubbles too, so you could say they were violating it as well.....
Explain how a bubble lags the node or stfu, there were no more then 15 bubbles at MOST.
Post with your main and i'll tell you.
edit: Where the hell are the mods? This thread should have been locked a long time ago.
Im not allowed to post with my main.. now go ahead explain..
Everything in the game adds lag. You said how it can lag the node, it's the same way even one bubble lags the node. Your client has to translate what info is coming from the server, including bubbles, creating a time difference between when your client reacts as to when the server reacts. This creates lag.
So quit being so damn dense. And for ****'s sake, at least make an alt corp, it's not that hard.

Only reason I'm responding is that I'm continually amazed that this thread hasn't been locked yet. I'm sorry if you don't understand how things create lag, you'll just have to live in mystery for the rest of your life.
